Abstract
In response to the serious damage caused by ship oil spills to the coastal economic system and marine ecological environment. In this paper, the method of fuzzy mathematics is used to comprehensively judge the level of ship oil spill accidents, and a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model is established, which provides a basis for judging the level of ship oil spill accidents. The thesis research found that the ship oil spill risk analysis based on the oil spill model is feasible. An important factor affecting the area of the oil spilled oil film is wind conditions. The trend is to affect the trajectory of the oil spill.
