Abstract
In recent years, balance training has been widely practiced in board sports such as surfing and snowboarding. However, although core training and balance training are important for athletes, training for maintaining balance while moving is difficult to improve with normal training. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop a training device for maintaining balance while moving horizontally.
