Abstract
An ultra-broadband metamaterial absorber (MA) is proposed in this paper. It is composed of a three-layer structure: one dielectric medium between two metal inserts. The simulation result shows that the bandwidth of this metamaterial absorber is about 55 GHz from 91.13 GHz to 146.13 GHz when the absorptivity achieves 0.99. The relative bandwidth ratio is 46%. This MA can be easily fabricated by surface micro-machining technology.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
