The author describes his pathway to the profession of psychologist, which now includes Adlerian components. He shares some of the influences which have led to a burgeoning identity with Adler along with what he considers the most valuable features of Individual Psychology. He closes by sharing his personal efforts to contribute to his profession and Adlerian psychology.
