Abstract
The planning and design of traditional production lines rely too much on experience and manual calculus. Facing the flexible production line of small batch and multi variety precision parts processing production mode, it is impossible to carry out rapid, scientific and effective design, and the design results are difficult to achieve the expected results. Firstly, the simulation technology of production line planning is studied in this paper. On this basis, the operation process, line layout and logistics scheme of the flexible production line are planned. Then, the simulation model of production line is constructed by simulation software. Finally, the production capacity and bottleneck, equipment utilization and production efficiency of the production line are analyzed, which provides a technical basis for the planning and design of the flexible production line. And the correctness of the design scheme is proved.
