This article aims to analyze, from the sociological views, the most important problems not included in the Organizational Theory and the way they make the Organizational Studies come up-as an analysis unit for the organizations study. Particularly, here it is reviewed how the problems derived from the selection and the partial discrimination are translated into the core problem of the Organizational Studies. This latest to understand the achievements and limitations of a number or version of the Organizational Studies and to state the dangers from the existence of paradigms considered valid and total-focused per se.
