The electricity demand statistics of the rural sector include also the electricity demand of the public sector. 2 The Representative Concentration Pathways (RCPs) are a set of four pathways developed for the climate modelling community as a basis for long-term and shortterm modelling experiments [17,18].They include one mitigation scenario leading to a very low forcing level (RCP2.6),two medium stabilization scenarios (RCP4.5/RCP6)and one very high baseline emission scenario (RCP8.5).
