Abstract

The provision applies to persons discharging managerial responsibilities and closely associated persons, who shall notify the issuers of shares and bonds and issuers of emission allowances of every transaction conducted on their own account. The issuers are then subsequently obliged to make these reports public promptly and no later than three business days after the transaction.
