Research on the Approved Constructional Ways of High-rise Building's Adjacent Building in City Center Affecting Views Commanded from High-rise Apartment

The Purpose of this research is to clarify what influences adjacent building is on views by an difference, of adjacent building's height, of it's position and in the distance between adjacent building and high-rise apartment (view point field). To attain this purpose, we implemented questionnaire surveys on stands and residents in high-rise apartment. As a result, we found limits of the distance -"5H" stands for five times the height of it's building, differing from "2H" an ordinance provides as the area of explaining plan -adjacent building affects views commanded from high-rise apartment in city center.
