Abstract

In addition to direct combustion and hydrogen fuel cells, hydrogen gas has been extensively used in different industrial chemical processes. In this chapter, we will provide an overview of hydrogen utilization in a number of chemical processes in the petroleum industry, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, manufacturing process, and semiconductor industry.
