Abstract

This article examines the specifics of individual prevention of criminal behavior. The categories of persons in particular need of individual prevention measures have been identified. The motives of criminal behavior, methods used in individual prevention of criminal behavior are considered. The main problems in this area are identified and the ways of their solution are proposed.
