Abstract
Getting enough sunlight at the right time can help our body to maintain its balance as known as circadian rhythm. However, current light therapy technologies specifically used have relatively direct light with fixed light intensity. This paper presents a working prototype that can display artificial daylight for the interior based on actual exterior daylighting. The system is designed to provide timely artificial daylighting to comply with our circadian rhythm and hence promote better health.
