Abstract
With the normalization of cross-regional power transmission and the high proportion of new energy sources, the operation status of the power grid is more replicated, and frequency stability control becomes more difficult. During the winter heating period, when automatic generation control regulation resources are reduced, the secondary frequency regulation strategy based on area control error is limited, and the unit primary frequency regulation and AGC cannot coordinate in control of the grid frequency. This paper analyzes the phenomenon that the first and second frequency modulation cannot be coordinated, and proposes solutions from the aspects of power grid assessment indicators and unit optimization control strategies, in order to improve the frequency control ability of the power grid under large deviation fluctuations.
