Abstract

Only the consumption was forecasted accurately, the demand of spare part could be ascertained reasonably. Its critical factor is the forecasting of failure rate. In this paper, the function prediction method and monte-carlo method for module/circuit plate are given. And they are suitable for the forecasting of radar spare part's failure rate. Furthermore, an anaslytic system for failure rate is proposed, which can raise effectively in each step of decision.
