Energy utilization survey pamphlet for buildings. Final report

This pamphlet provides guidelines and forms to conduct an energy utilization survey of individual buildings and facilities on an installation. Forms are provided in this pamphlet for collection of information describing facility and individual building energy comsumption. This information is needed to use energy conservation manuals which provide guidance on how to reduce and save energy through more effective operation of buildings and their mechanical and electrical systems, and through cost effective retrofit of existing systems. A list of these manuals is provided in Appendix A.
