Abstract

Biopesticides alone and incombination with newer insecticides were evaluated for the management of two key lepidopteran pests viz., Spodoptera litura Fab. and Helicoverpa armigera (Hub) on sunflower (cv. CO 4). Indoxacarb was the most effective chemical in reducing the larval population. Combination of half the recommended dose of two viruses along with half the recommended dose of spinosad and endosulfan were as effective as single application of the insecticide
