Промышленная политика роста российской экономики в условиях становления постиндустриального сектора

This article is devoted to analysis of content, main directions and means of industrial policy in the postindustrial economy formation period. General macroeconomic components are specified along with particular parameters of domestic industrial policy implemented in the conditions of industrial and postindustrial sectors' coexistence. Industrial policy tasks are determined in the article as well. These tasks solved, the industrial locomotives of the Economic Growth will be substituted by hi-tech and creative industries opening new markets. The principle of sectors' innovative homogeneity is put forward as a strategic one for new economy formation.
