Abstract
A study of the microphysical characteristics of local fogs showed that radiation fogs form during anticyclone weather during relatively calm conditions. Humidity in fogs is almost always 100% and droplet size depends on the length of a fog; short fogs contain small droplets, and prolonged fogs contain larger ones. Evaporation fogs depend during sub-zero temperatures on the temperature and density.
