Abstract
A discussion on plant quarantine, using the terms intermediate and post-entry quarantine, is presented, including the plant quarantine legislation. Other plant health measures, such as containment and eradication, and use of disease-free planting material, are mentioned. A list of regional plant quarantine organizations is given.
