Cultivation characteristics and domestication prospect of main cultivated Agaricus.

Abstract

The cultivation characteristics and biological characteristics of main cultivated species of Agaricus bisporus,Agaricus bitorquis,Agaricus blazei,Agaricus arvensis were compared.The aim was to summarize the characteristics from its commonness and differences for study,domestication and exploiture of the other species of Agaricus.The future development of Agaricus was prospected.
