Abstract
A gas chromatographic method was developed for the determination of diazinon residues in milk.Samples dissolved in acetone were extracted with n-hexane,cleaned with neutral alumina column, and determined by gas chromatography(flame photometric detector) after volume measurement with acetone. The recoveries of the determination were 73.4%-96.2%.The values of intra and inter-assay RSD were in the range of 3.5%-9.1% and 4.9%-7.5%,respectively.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The detection limit was 2.0 μg·kg-1 and the limit of quantitation remained as 5.0 μg·kg-1.
