Abstract

Volume II contains a User's manual and program documentation for the Airport Performance Model. This computer-based model is written in FORTRAN IV for the DEC-10. The user's manual describes the user inputs to the interactive program and gives sample outputs. Program documentation includes a description of the model, its data bases and operating options. The network is described for modifying the data as are the statistical procedures for obtaining annual estimates and 20-year benefits and costs. (Author)
