Abstract
The plant growth, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and osmotic adjust in tomato seedlings were studied under 0,50 and 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress. The results showed that the plant growth, chlorophyll content and potental activity of PSⅡ(Fv/Fo),photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm) were decreased, contents of proline and soluble sugar were increased. The plant growth of 'Hufan2560'was less affected than 'Hufan 2608' and the photosynthetic apparatus was less injured than '2608'.
