Abstract
AlSi10Mg alloy samples were prepared by selective laser melting(SLM). The effects of T6 heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AlSi10Mg alloy were analyzed. The results show that, the microstructure before heat treatment is composed of α-Al and(α-Al+Si) eutectic structure. The tensile strength of the alloy reaches 483 MPa.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the AlSi10Mg alloy can be changed by the T6 process. After T6 heat treatment, the tensile strength and yield strength of AlSi10Mg alloy decrease obviously, and the elongation increases significantly.
