Public Attitudes Towards the Administration of Local Administrative Leaders Kok Tum Municipality Dong Luang District, Mukdahan Province

The world-changing quickly that causedby the global social system including changes to reach and meet the needs of the people with the global social system, including changes in Thai bureaucracy.Continuous followingimprovement is being made to reach and meet the needs of the people. The local government is considered a public organization to serve the people. Leaders of local administrative organizations must show leadership potential and serve as public service organizations related to the people. Leaders must implement policies to be in line with their area of responsibility. Local leaders are therefore critical to local and community development. In general, executives play the most significant role in managing the organization because executives are considered leaders, as policymakers set their objectives. Therefore, this research aims to study the public's attitude towards the administration of local administrative leadersKok Tum Municipality Dong Luang District, Mukdahan Province.
