Abstract

The article dwells upon the notions of theory and practice, their notional area and types of their correlation. The notion of antinomy is defined and the difference between aporia and antinomy is shown. The conclusion about the basic applicability of antinomy to rational cosmology and its inapplicability to rational psychology and rational theology is made. The opposition of theory and practice in gnoseology and in ontology is defined and their possible reversibility is indicated.
