Abstract
At present, China is the country with the largest amount of renewable energy utilization in the world, and is in the forefront of the world in the utilization of water energy, wind energy, solar energy and biomass energy. The Chinese government has set a grand goal for renewable energy development, with non fossil energy accounting for 15% of primary energy consumption in 2020 and increasing to about 20% in 2030. Recently, the renewable energy Internet has put forward higher requirements for electronic systems. In order to better meet the requirements, it is necessary to innovate the renewable energy Internet. However, microelectronics has been applied to different levels of renewable energy Internet and has become an important supporting technology. The traditional energy mode based on fossil fuels such as coal and petroleum will bring a series of major problems, such as environmental pollution, rapid increase of carbon emissions, and decline of fossil energy reserves, which will cause great obstacles to sustainable development. Therefore, renewable energy is an important way to solve the energy problem. Large-scale renewable energy includes solar energy, wind energy and tidal energy.
