Election and comparative analysis of the presidential institutions in the political systems of Bulgaria and Germany

In political systems with a parliamentary form of democracy, the rule of law is embodied through parliament. Along with the head of government, each country has a figure representing the state in international relations. Depending on the form of government, the head of state fulfills various functions. As typical representatives of the republics with a parliamentary form of government, we will consider respectively the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Bulgaria. The basis of this analysis is a comparison between some of the main features of the constitutional powers of the two Presidents.
