Abstract

Traditionally this review for the last 4 years was dedicated to the activities of the UN committees created under the Human rights Covenants -International covenant on civil and political rights and its counterpart -the International Covenant on economic, social and cultural rights.In the present review we will step from this tradition and will review first the case considered under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) (I), then proceeding with consideration of relevant to labour law activities of the UN bodies under the mentioned Covenants (II).
