Current problems of improving administrative regulation in the antimonopoly sphere in the context of digitalization

In this publication, the author analyzes the grounds that served as the basis for the development of the fifth antimonopoly package in order to improve the administrative regulation of the antimonopoly sphere in the conditions of active digitalization of the economy of the Russian Federation. The main directions proposed by the FAS as legislative initiatives to regulate the antimonopoly sphere are identified, as well as promising areas in which the FAS will continue to work to eliminate problems related to the impact of the development of new digital technologies on the activities of economic entities.
