Update on Changes in Federal Jurisdiction: Supplemental Jurisdiction, Venue, and Removal

Examines some procedural revisions in the Federal Courts Study Committee Implementation Act in terms of how the prior law has been changed and how Congress intended these new provisions to apply. Specifically, the comment will look at alterations in the federal statutory law regarding supplemental jurisdiction, venue, and removal. These changes were based primarily on recommendations made by the Federal Courts Study Committee.
