Abstract
Based on the theory of classical half-wavelength reactance-coupled filter, a 220GHz bandpass filter based on rectangular waveguide resonator is designed in this paper. The simulation results show that the center frequency of the filter is 220GHz, the relative bandwidth is 5.5%, and the insertion loss is better than 0.041dB and the return loss is better than 20dB in the passband range of 214GHz to 226GHz.
