The survey was open online July 19-August 4, 2021. It was open to all employees with LANL email addresses, Google access. It was used to measure OPEXatLANL awareness, usage. It consisted of 7 multiple-choice questions, 3 short-answer questions. A total of 383 responses were collected (55 managers, 328 non-managers).
