Abstract
Communication is key in business and in life. Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, our world will continue to be interconnected, and our businesses (and lives) will grow increasingly globalized as time moves forward. While English is commonly understood to be the language of international business, it only makes sense to communicate with people in their native language. Beyond conversation, though, you need the ability to analyze any communication, in a variety of languages.
