Abstract
The purpose of the study is twofold. First, it aims to establish a link between Leadership Style and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Second, assumed that Leadership Style influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior, are these in mediation with Psychological Ownership? I.e. does the Leadership Style influence the Psychological Ownership, which in turn influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
