Abstract
Cost-benefit analysis is a method that we use as a framework for determining the benefits of some activities, projects or policies from the perspective of the individual that are in the interest but also the perspectives of the whole society. It decides the cost-effectiveness of the project, strengths, weaknesses, and risk. By analyzing the costs and benefits in addition to financial, we estimate the equation of economic costs and benefits in which the benefits to society should be higher costs for the project to be acceptable for continuation. Cost-benefit analysis aims to cover all relevant costs and benefits over the life of a project. This model is built by determining the advantages of some actions over others, as well as the associated costs and deducting costs from benefits. Once completed, a cost-benefit analysis will yield concrete results that can be used to develop reasonable conclusions about the report and / or recommended decisions or situations.
