Abstract
A cost allocation game wants to allocate common cost fairly among the players. Players in cost allocation game can cooperate to make coalition. Because of it, a cost allocation game can be seen as a cooperative game. We apply cost allocation method to find allocation cost. This Bachelor Thesis discussed f-least core cost allocation method, which is developed from core and least core cost allocation method. f-least core cost allocation method is valid, efficient, core cost allocation, scalar multiplicative, symmetry, and dummy player. In this Bachelor Thesis, f-least core cost allocation method is applied in building waste water installation project in Banjaran.
