Abstract
Abstract The efficiency of thermoelectric refrigerator was investigated by two thermoelectric cooling (TEC 1-12709) at outside insulator box with cooling side at inside box and rejected heat at outside box by heat sink and fan. We applied electrical current 0.5 – 2 A for 15 minutes at room temperature and found that the inside thermoelectric refrigerator box showed a lowest temperature decreasing at center from 26.49 °C to 19.32 °C and at surface of TEC from 25.70 °C to 7.05 °C. The highest coefficient of performance (COP) is 0.10 by parallel connection.
