Surgery. 1904 87.The author operated on for 20 years. a patient, pregnant for 7 months, about a malignant neoplasm, noted for 16 months. back and occupying when examining the upper part of the shoulder and shoulder joint with spread to the subscapularis and pectoral muscles and metastases in the armpit and subclavian fossa.
