Abstract

Dividend policy refers to a company's payment of dividends to shareholders. This dividend strategy would have an impact on capital market investors. Each organization has its own dividend policy, which varies according to culture, preferences, values, laws, economic conditions, and other factors. Numerous dividend changes will impact share prices in the same direction as the dividend itself, even though the dividend change is not triggered by details contained in the dividend change about future earnings.
