通过对某大型办公建筑电能消耗特点的研究,找出其用能不合理之处,给出判断建筑物用能是否合理的公式,进而提出节能改造方法,通过实施节能改造,降低建筑物的能源消耗.总结办公建筑的节能方法,包括制度建设、技术节能、行为节能等.
