Abstract
We studied microcirculation and capillary permeability in 70 patients with nephrogenic hypertension and 40 healthy subjects. The main contingent of patients was under 40 years old. Bulbar biomicroscopy was used to investigate the state of the microcirculatory bed by means of slit lamp SLT-U 4.2. To describe the state of microcirculation we used quantitative-qualitative assessment, intravasal status was determined according to the method of V.F. Bogoyavlensky.
