The Effect of Work-Life Balance on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Work Commitment, and Work Discipline and Its Influence on the Performance of Police Personnel of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact on job satisfaction, motivation, dedication to work and discipline of the work-life balance. It also examines the impact of job satisfaction, motivation to work, commitment to work and discipline in the performance of female police officers. In Southeast Sulawesi, 163 policewomen undertook this research. Primary and secondary data were the types of data used in the study. The statistical methodologies of Amos 23.0 were employed for the data analysis carried out in this study via quantitative procedures. The results demonstrated that the balance of working lives has a substantive effect on job satisfaction, motivation for work, work commitments, and work discipline. This study also shows the impact on work engagement and discipline performance but does not reveal a significant effect on performance. This investigation was conducted on Police Women in Southeast Sulawesi Headquarters; thus, more experiments may be performed in several Sulawesi Headquarters or Java. This article dealt with police women's balance of labor in Southeast Sulawesi Police Headquarters.
