Abstract

В статье рассматриваются организационно-правовые аспекты предотвращения преступлений, связанных с самоубийством несовершеннолетних. Сформулированы рекомендации по предотвращению преступлений, связанных с доведением до самоубийства и со склонением к совершению самоубийства несовершеннолетних в сети Интернет. This article discusses the organizational and legal aspects of the prevention of crimes related to the suicide of minors. Recommendations are formulated for the prevention of crimes related to the incitement to suicide and inciting minors to commit suicide on the Internet.
