Abstract

Linguistics and second language acquisition are inextricably linked. In the process of second language acquisition, the influence of linguistics cannot be ignored. This article attempts to analyse the influence of linguistics in the process of second language acquisition through the introduction and discussion of the language universality part of the language acquisition mechanism, combined with the cognitive process of second language acquisition, with a view to second language acquisition provide practical guidance and suggestions.
