Abstract
Objective:To explore the rule of TCM syndrome differentiation for the treatment by sorting and analyzing the literature on TCM treatment of adult nephrotic syndrome(CNKI、VIP、WanFang) from January 1989 to June 2018.Methods:By using SPSS20.0 software to analyse the syndrome, prescriptions and drugs which in the literature were statistically classified, the occurrence frequency and proportion of each syndrome, prescriptions and drugs were summarized, and the drugs and symptoms. Results:A total of 96 articles are included,17 TCM syndromes of adult nephrotic syndrome were obtained, among which Lung Kidney Qi deficiency,Qi and Yin deficiency,Liver and Kidney Yin deficiency,Spleen-Kidney Yang deficiency and spleen-kidney Qi deficiency were common TCM syndromes.Analysis of syndrome factors, dampness,qi stagnation, and blood stasis and wind heat are common diseases.Kidney deficiency,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency are common venereal diseases. The location of the disease is mainly in the kidney, spleen, lung and liver.A total of 212 formulations were obtained, including 125 self-formulated formulations and 87 formulated formulations.Chinese medicine 236,divided into 15 categories, astragalus, poria, rhizoma atractylodes, salvia miltiorrhiza,ze xie,and so on as the common drug. Conclusion:Adult nephrotic syndrome is located in kidney and spleen.Spleen and kidney deficiency, wet blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis. In the clinical medication, the main drugs are tonic deficiency, hydroscopicity, blood circulation and heat clearing, and also the application of antipyretic drugs. The combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation should be adopted in treatment.
