Abstract
The article analyzes the main characteristics of the status of domestic migrant workers in Russia. It is stated that migrant domestic workers are a very vulnerable category of migrant workers, which is due to a number of reasons, including the peculiarities of the work performed. However, it is not easy for employers of such workers — the rules for formalizing relations are quite difficult for individuals who decide to invite a nanny, a governor or a cook from another country
