1 引言我国混凝土面板堆石坝在20世纪80年代后成为各水利水电工程的常选坝型,目前混凝土面板堆石坝在数量、坝高、工程规模和技术难度等方面都居于世界前列,取得了丰富的科技成果.其中工程安全观测也是堆石坝施工的重要施工内容之一,在我国建造的堆石坝项目中均开展了这项工作,结合施工建设和工程运行取得了多项观测技术突破,成为竣工验收、安全评价、运行的重要参考资料,值得我们广大水电工作者自豪.但是在很多方...
