Abstract
Written as a companion to an article by V. MacDonald, also in this issue, the author discusses the membership, organization, jurisdiction and constitutional doctrine of the Supreme Court of Canada. He feels that these issues are of grave importance now that the Supreme Court is the final court of appeal in all causes.
