Abstract
我国高校虽已普遍展开了职业生涯规划指导,但还缺少校本化研究,存在不少问题.如何真正发挥职业生涯规划在大学生成长成才过程中的作用?这需要厘清职业生涯规划的内涵与意义,并把它作为高校教育的重要内容,一是与人才培养方案改革相结合,从培养方案的主线选择、课程建设、实施路线等方面进行整体考虑;二是与人生导航与理想信念教育相结合,引导学生树立理想提升素质,从而真正促进大学生成才.
